**Non-payment does not constitute cancellation**
Registration: Registration fees for the Humans in Space 2026 course are being charged in Australian Dollars and includes all taxes. By completing your registration you have confirmed your attendance at the conference and acknowledgement of the below terms and conditions.
Privacy: ASAM and/or the Conference Organisers (Iceberg Events) will use the information you provide on the registration form to be in touch with you and to provide updates and information related to the 2026 course. By registering, you agree that we may process your information in accordance with these terms. We will treat your information with respect.
Registration cancellation: All cancellations must be made in writing to Iceberg Events. Cancellations received prior to 1 July 2026 will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations received on or after 1 July 2026 will be dealt with in a fair and equitable manner.
Insurance: Insurance, including medical cover and travel insurance, is the responsibility of the delegate. The Organising Committee and Conference Organisers will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
Disclaimer: The program is correct at the time of publishing, but the Course Organisers reserve the right to change the topics and presenters if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated at on the course website.
Liability: The Organising Committee and/or Course Organisers shall not be held liable for personal accidents or loss or damage to private property of registered delegates of the conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
COVID Safety: At ASAM and Iceberg Events, we prioritise the health and safety of all attendees, and we recognise that individual responsibility plays a critical role in preventing the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses. We encourage all delegates to wear a mask, practise social distancing, be mindful of hand hygiene and not attend if you are unwell.
If last minute COVID-19 or other illness restrictions impact your attendance, ASAM organisers will undertake to address credits, delegate substitution or refunds in a fair and equitable manner.
Delegate conduct & safety: All delegates are expected to observe the following standards of behaviour throughout the Course. Breaches may result in removal from the Course without refund.
